   In the second horizontal column you 
took the square root of each number, added 1.6 to the square root and and 
then squared that sum. You continue this process.  You then add these 
numbers as days, weeks, and years columns, and covert to years expressed as year 
plus fraction of a year.   
 
   Now that I have cracked your little 
puzzle, how do i collect my riches?
