It looks like a "false" break down, indicating a sharp rise (if we break the resistance area we are at right now).
This scenario fits very well in with what Mr Simmons writes in his 51 (!)pages long report on the oilsituation and and 1973 at http://www.worldoil.com/WO_RESEARCH/Research/whitepaper.pdf
I have posted the site before but the rig issue confirms his observations and we have supposedly gotten some new RT's since then.
