April fools day is long past but it did cover this period of the equity
curve on a system I've been slaving away at coding. I have a dumb question.
Start time is one of the inputs and when optimizing on it the result said I
would have to start trading at 0370. I live on the west coast and I guess
that means I'll have to move next door to Norman Winski. The question is
what time is 0370??
