The attached picture shows the current
state of the OEX
as seen with 21 and 34 bar swing detection
lengths.
I have highlighted the 21 and 34 bar
"boxes" and also
have drawn a very heavy RED line from
actual turns to
the center of the 34 bar projection
box.
The current picture would seem to say that
we can well
expect a test of the recent lows some time
around
Tuesday or Wednesday or so -- or could go
screaming
through that zone of prices.
Not engraved in stone but at least painted
on with some
rather hard to remove black paint ! !
You might note that any time prices have
moved through
the heavy red line there was a considerable
amount of
movement left.
