On the weekly the upper is the week of 5/18/01 and 10/26/01 and the lower
one is the week of 7/6/01 and 12/28/01. I would caution that the
reliability of the timing marks in my experience is less than the actual MOB
level itself. It is nice when things fall right in there (on or between the
marks) which gives "additional" confirmation a turn may be at hand but not
all that necessary.
On the daily the dates are 3/21/01 and 4/17/01.
