in Japan banks have lower rates for years and Nikkei did nothing but go down
for years!
the fed is lowering rates now here But,
the us dollar unlike the yen is in a major BULL market!
is the unequal situation and how?
will the us dollar save the us stock market?
in Japan for years they were BOTH declining (yen and NIKKEI)
