NOTE: Before installing Service Pack 5, you must have the older Service 
Pack 4c (Build 771) installed. In the GlobalServer, use the Help - About 
GlobalServer menu sequence to view the build number. If you do not have 
Build 771 or higher of the GlobalServer, you must install the Service Pack 
4c Update before installing Service Pack 5.
