I have no way of verifying this but here is some information from notes
taken at a meeting. Any readings of the McClellan Oscillator below
-200 sets up a floor with a maximum downside range of betwen 2 to
3%. From these levels a base will be built and one must have the
guts to buy. Comments; or preferable has anyone backtested this
idea? I note that yesterday the New York McClellan Oscillator was
at -219.79.
