Thanks for all the replies and info regarding IB and other firms. Looks like
most firms are more responsive to customer inquiries than PMB. Interesting,
however, that I sent an e-mail to one of the links at Interactive Brokers
with some questions about opening an account there and have had no response
since yesterday. Amazing how these firms can operate with so little effort
directed toward customer/client service and support.
