Subject: Fib Time ELAs

Here are the elas for fib time projections -- 1 for h and 1 for low for both cal and mkt days.  If I recall correctly, I wrote it to show weekend days on Friday.  What it does is basically do fib counts off every pivot based on length you determine.  Someday I am going to do one that combines this concept with the Greg Woods text labelling idea.
