I agree with your observation. This is a good head
and shoulder formation with the neck at about 80. Additionally notice that
the volume did not increase when it went to the higher high to form
the head. A move to a higher high in most chart formations than the last
significant high is a bearish sign in itself. While a large increase
in volume in the formation of the right shoulder is not essential it makes
the H&S formation in this case even more bearish.
