Many traders have been looking for VIX to hit a high of 45
(or higher) to give the go-ahead on the contrarian
sentiment/capitulation front.
Well, VIX tagged 45 - but wait - see the attached chart.
If VIX really did spike to 45 the way the Yahoo! chart shows,
then it looks like April Fool's came a little early. Perhaps
someone with initraday data can verify.
