Try this message from the Omega list recently:
Refresh data for TS4 are available - the labeling of the directory, however,
is a bit misleading. It says "2000" but it includes 2001 as well.
The root FTP directory (at ftp.omegaresearch.com) is:
/pub/data_refresh/tradestation_4.0/tick_data
This then shows several subdirectories for BMI, Signal, stocks, futures,
indexes, etc. The specific directory for BMI indexes, year 2000 to present,
is:
/pub/data_refresh/tradestation_4.0/tick_data/intraday_index/bmi2000
Although this is not a Web site, IE5 nevertheless will show the site and
allow you to download the files. (An FTP client, however is better.)
