In Ensign you can do the price portion of Don Fisher's DGL by using the
Andrews Pitchfork. Point A is the lowest Close of a pivot. Points B and C
are the Highest and Lowest in the "^" formation and Lowest and Highest in
the "V" formation. Then format the properties to include the
1/4,3/8,5/8,3/4 lines. The Gann Cycle tool for the time divisions can be
used but it isn't quite the same as the time tool in Fisher's DGL. Here is
a chart in Ensign illustrating this.
