No I don't think so, this is merely a new policy that occurs at month end
for settlement reasons (not sure why?) not a movement to the new contract.
So if you are long/short an S&P or ES and do not want to carry overnight,
exit before 3:05 CST (4:05 EST) on February 28 (or any other last trading
day in months going forward.
On a different note he June bond contact goes top shelf as I understand it,
starting tomorrow.
