Remember, Mark's original system is based on natural hour bars and the ROC
is based on $ADV advancing issues in data2. RateOfChange(c of data2,7) can
be high in the first hour and then drop off as the day progresses. So it
could rise over the buy threshold of 3 within the hour but if it isn't over
3 at the end of the hour there is no buy signal.
