Hi Don,
I have been stimulated to read B. William's work by your post. I also took a
look at I. Dream software. One point that maybe you can clear up. He plots
an indicator (a histogram) called gator below the prices. So on the prices
we have the gator (the three moving averages) AND the histogram below. Any
idea how the calculation for the histogram is done?
