I just did a little back testing on CD percentages myself, I changed my idea
of the breakout to the breakout of the last swing range, but the average
percent turned out to be 1.62. Now isn't that odd.

This was not the most comprehensive testesting going back to Adam and Eve,
but it strikes me as funny:)
