Most of the stocks I follow are currently short per my indicators and have
been for most of January. Today IBM went long and AMGN short. INTC also
went long. Both tech stocks have been leaders in the past to a change in
market direction. Based on the movement I'm seeing in the stocks I follow I
would say we are heading to the long side. Could be wrong though.
