#5 (#BATTemplateFeeCalc.xls) is used to calculate management fees from
"exact P&L figures" utilizing the individual investors negotiate commission
rate and all exchange fees and expenses.
Because trades are filled at different prices, and depending on when they
enter the program, although possible to have these all build into each other
I suppose, but I don't have the time for that project :-).
