[RT] Day trading QQQ's

Wondering if anyone who day trades the QQQ's on a regular 
basis has a recommendation on the best order routing method.  I primarly 
day trade NASDAQ issues and am used to the speed of SOES, ARCA, etc., and have 
generally traded "listed" issues on a more longer term basis due to the slower 
speed of execution. 
 
My question is primarily directed at when a level breaks and 
the ECN's back off the bid (or ask), is a market ISI order the fastest, or try 
to exit on ARCA, INCA, REDI etc.  Any thoughts/recommendations on this 
would be greatly appreciated.
