[RT] RE: IB TWS

At 09:10 CT tws quotes got poopy; I am wondering if this is a local issue
for me or if someone else had slowed data. I guage this by comparing the
bid-offer size change frequency, and the last price, to two other data
sources. This could be me, them, globex, a combination of the above, or some
other gremlin. Using a local dial-up. (I know, I know.);
