Yes this was in the eminis. I checked with my broker and he tells me that they use the FIX API and the way stops work for globex is they are sitting in a globex order management computer and when the stop is hit it is sent in as a limit with 20 points above or below your price.

| Was that in the minis? If so, Ira's comments about floor brokers don't
| apply. Does Best Direct enter mini stop orders into the Globex system or
| do they hold them internally like IB? This seems like a clear case
| where, as Earl pointed out, the IB way of doing things would put you at
| a serious disadvantage. Globex orders are first-in-first-out.
