How about the dollar?  If they lower rates, increase the money supply, jack the
economy and strengthen the dollar, they could hope to put a damper on part of
the items that cause inflation.  Look at the goods and services we purchase
abroad.  The cost of living seems to mean nothing to them, just the government
numbers. The people continue to have their collective heads in the sand.  Ira
