Hi RT's

I am interesting in starting a Hedge Fund and have
been researching how to go about it. My questions to
those in the group who run a Hedge Fund:

1.)  How much did is cost to establish an On Shore
Hedge fund ( I am thinking of New York or
Massachusetts).

2.)  We are planning on trading a portion of the
account using our own program and putting the rest
into another fund managers fund to hedge the
portfolio, would this be considered a fund of funds
then?

3.) We do not have a track record for our own program,
but have a proven track record for the other fund
which is managed by one of our partners, could we show
the other funds track record to show how both will
complement each other?

4.) Any other help is appreciated.
