Investors Business Daily shows the leading sectors and the
stocks that comprise them on the Index Chart Page.
Invesco and Rydex both have funds that are tradeable.
I use Worden Bros. TC2000 to track the top stocks
in each of the sector funds using Surge in Daily volume
to guide me to current action.
The current leaders are:
(showing % change since Jan 1st)
Defense +38.8
Medical/Health +17.6
Defensive +2.6
Insurance +8.82
Consumer - 4.6
Junior Growth -15.2
I present this as a possible starting point and will be happy to
hear what others have found to be helpful.
