Actually, I think Lowry also finds that market breadth should confirm the
volume. It did not today. As I mentioned, Paul Desmond's opinion is that the
NASDAQ numbers are not relevant, at least not at 9:1. He recently mentioned
92% up volume as being possible, something that we did not get today.
However, he has not completed the studies on it as yet.

Incidently,Martin Zweig does credit the Lowry Reports as to the source where
he first spotted this 9:1 volume ratio .However he mentions that over the
years he(Zweig) developed his own way of interpreting the up/down volume.
