Would be curious to know current figures of commercials net 
short...not that it matters much...but profittrack's post using 
experiental/deductive' reasoning based on his arb history on/off the floor of 
big institutional paper flow in index futures, stocks and call/puts basis 
spx/oex/qqq/etc...might be interesting to think about over the 
weekend.
 
I DON'T daytrade anymore...but as I said...would be interested 
too know if new "net net" shorts are established and in nice profits from last 
week by the 'big boys' on the street...as I suspect they added aggressively to 
shorts after the bush/gore debacle...
 
I do know west coast speculators didn't like tech margin calls 
at 2:30 pm from their favorite broker's...depressing Friday for those that 
haven't covered their previous 'sector' leader tech holdings...
 
and so it goes...
