Not to be argumentative, but the Iowa Grain's system, which was spun off and licensed by the CBOT for members to use (eOpen Outcry), was up the first day of a/c/e trading and so was ED&F Man's Mtrade product. Thus, I question the "first" claim, in a most respectful way. As you know, I tend to keep a close eye on such things. Did you guys execute the first a/c/e trade from the Internet, perhaps?
;-)

Bill,
PMBe was the first brokerage firm to offer customers an electronic
connection to A/C/E. We allow T-Bonds, 10-Year Notes, and 5-Year Notes, but
not 2-Year Notes at this time. We also allow Dow, but I DO NOT recommend
you trade Dow on A/C/E during the day session hours. The volume is terrible
and the bid/ask spread is too wide.
