Subject: RE: [RT] W2k Pro + TS2ki
I
did a clean install of Windows 2k and Ts2k SP5 from CD a couple of months
ago. Just recently I'm getting this same problem. It started after
my data got messed up a bit. I deleted the chart it was happening in but
am still having it crash charting. I am reindexing the data now to see
if that will help. Check back with me Wednesday afternoon to see if it
worked for me.

TS2kiFellow traders,I switched from W98 se
to W2k Prof.because I was getting lots of 'blue' screens, seemingly
unrelated to TS2ki (SP 5).I've been up and running for quite
awhilenow (24 x 7 collecting SP futures) andthere hasn't even been a
hiccup from W2k.For me it's clearly superior to W98.The only
problem I have is with TS2kion either W2k or W98 (identical
problem).I have a window definied with one data set(real time SP
data). Apllied to it is one system, several indicators, several
paintbars, andseveral showmes. It works a treat untilI try
"format analysis techniques" to changea parameter then a window pops up
labeled"I/O Error" with the message "Cannot openmaster file".
When I click "OK" it reappearsrepeatedly and eventually goes away
allowingme to change my parameter. However, afterwardsmy
window gets jazzed up and the indicators, paintbars and showmes start
deteriorating.Anyone able to shed some light and/or
similarexperience would be appreciated.Thanks,Gary
