[RT] Fut: "A Hard Way to make and Easy Living"

Dear RTs,

This is to follow up on my previous post commenting on Bill Eykyn's Tbond 
course book "A Hard Way to make an Easy Living".  I had received an email 
from him stating that he is working on getting his ela updated to work with 
TS2000, or find out it if is TS2000 itself, and will let users know about the 
outcome at his website.

It was also clarified that the earlier non-response from him was probably due 
to his previous isp causing problems.  Now fixed by changing isp.
