Yes they did. And those numbers are offset by much lower increases, or
even decreases in other areas. So the net for the whole country last
year was 3.3%. Should national policy be based on the circumstances of a
small minority of the population? Try telling somebody in Minnesota he's
living in an asset bubble. He'll probably send the governor over to
thump some sense upside your head. :-)
