I scanned the software at the site for viruses and found none, but this
guarantees nothing.
Use at your own risk. Caveat emptor.
And yes, the stuff is pirated software. He includes the hacks (replaced
EXEs) within
'RAR' files.
You will need to download the WinRAR software package to uncompress the RAR
files.
Download from places such as
www.rarsoft.com
or winfiles.com

As far as I can tell, this stuff is the real deal. The password to
uncompress the stuff is
only_for_personal_use

For quicker download (which I am not recommending you do)

Open a DOS window
Change directory to the directory you want to place the file in
then
type 'ftp 64.176.74.171'
username: anonymous
password: foo@xxxxxxx
cd pub
cd 100
bin
prompt
mget *

when finished downloading:
quit
