[RT] MKT - OEX dollar value of calls

Here is one shot using the DTN cboe statistics of the CBOE dollar call
values rising and falling.  Also the NYSE advances and declines are in the
top subgraph.  This was made with the UMDS fed by DTN satellite.  Then the
Dynastorelight reads the UMDS and sends it to TS2ki via TCP/IP.  Now on to
working on the cboe trins.  It is comforting when the data makes sense.
