Dennis,

   Last I heard, Mr.  Schiff was in Federal Prison. He and others may be right
about the unconstitutionality of the income tax code, and on many points I
agree. However, the government will never allow this any credibility as long as
the US. govt. is dependent on Federal Income Tax for its income.  Most people
have a price tag for their integrity and the US govt. is no different. If income
tax is ever phased out, at that time, it will be ruled "unconstitutional".
