directions at:

   UNSUBSCRIBING:
Send an email to listserv@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx with the following in the message
body (and nothing else):

unsubscribe realtraders


   CHANGING TO DIGEST FORMAT:

Send an email to listserv@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx with the following in the message
body (and nothing else):

set digest realtraders


   CHANGING FROM DIGEST TO NORMAL FORMAT:
Send a message to listserv@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx with the following in the message
body (and nothing else):

set nondigest realtraders


   CHANGING YOUR EMAIL:
Send your request to support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
