I took the course back in 1989, at which time the fee was US$1000. I knew
next to nothing about futures, which was the substantial focus of the course
("yeah, it works on stocks, but only if they trade like a commodity!" quothe
Kent Calhoun). While there were some interesting insights, I generally came
away feeling like I'd wasted my money, even for the exposure that it
profered to futures trading. The one place that I felt like it was worth my
expenses was the inculcation of the perspective that I'd be better off
saving my money from future "trading seminars" and devote the time to
studying on my own. Generally speaking, I've found that to be a valuable
vision, and perhaps worth the $1000.
NO WAY could I justify or recommend the course for $6550. Buy some books
and stick the rest in a savings account.
