[RT] How can I get a Globex machine on my desk?

The quality of fills in the E-mini has recently deteriorated sharply at my
brokerage firm.

I would like to get a Globex machine on my desk so that I can enter E-mini
trades directly.  Does anyone know how to do this?  The CME is not
helpful -- I can't get to the right person -- and neither is my broker.
