[RT] Techtools down?

Does anyone know what has happened to Technical Tools in the past couple of
days? Unable to download data via internet or direct dial - not connecting. The
message on the direct connection indicates that the number has been temporarily
disconnected. Have they gone out of business without telling anyone?
