Dame of Sark is having her troubles with the Barclay Brothers keeping the island
in its present state of relaxed beauty, and life may not remain as idyllic as it

difficult for outsiders to take up residency and the boatloads of people allowed
to emigrate to our shores are simply not allowed. One wonders how you were

(and the Channel Islands are famous for it!), but tax evasion is illegal in any
country. It is getting the line right in the sand which is sometimes very

beggared, as one of Tony's Cronies, Lord Levy found out when yesterday the
Sunday Times exposed the fact that he only paid £5,000 last year -
notwithstanding being a multi-mil</FONT><FONT face=Arial
size=2>lionnaire. When you are that rich, have got Tony to give you a
peerage and are living off the fat of land of prime ministerial patronage, the
man in the street expects you to pay taxes - not get out of
them. Even if what you did was perfectly legal!<FONT face=Arial
