LOWRISK.COM INVESTOR SENTIMENT SURVEY 6 / 5 / 2000

Below are the results of our weekly "Guess the Dow" sentiment survey. The
survey was taken from 5/27 through 6/4 on the Lowrisk.com web site.

Number of participants: 246

30 day outlook:

46% bullish, 39% previous week
39% bearish, 39% previous week
15% neutral, 22% previous week

(percentages may not sum to 100 due to rounding)

The median guess for the Dow closing value on Friday, 6/9: 10,350 (it was
10,324 last week).

Sentiment grew more bullish last week, as the bulls picked up 7% to end at
46%. Bearish sentiment stayed dead even at 39%. The neutral camp fell by 7%.
Last week was a good one for the market, as all the indexes rallied
strongly...so the pickup in bullishness is not
surprising. However, the steady level of bearishness (and at a pretty high
level) is surprising in the face of the huge rally. We read this sentiment
data as being bullish.

The number of guesses we have been getting in the last few weeks has been
dropping off. The more guesses we get, the better this sentiment data is, so
please stop by and tell us what you think the market is going to do:
