The article leads me to think that Dwight Manley is trying to do a Hunt
deal. Only with Gold, instead of Silver. Buying up all and any sunken
treasure, gold coins or bars. The last sentence of the article " I
have the perfect plan for it, he winks"
It would be interesting to see if History can repeat itself.
