Some years ago I was threatened with a lawsuit for questioning (on a
public forum) the history and track record of the VV black box
(undisclosed) system. It seems that the system was modified dynamically
which raised questions regarding the purported historical results. Since
I (and a couple of others) raised the issue in a responsible (and non
inflammatory) manner, the attitude seemed a bit extreme.
