Here is a site for a tool called Investors Reference Library. It has
stocks grouped in sectors similar to IBD. You can search sectors by strength
(using different criteria) and stocks within those sectors. You can also
make any number of custom indices. For instance, top 10 weighted stocks of
OEX or NDX, etc.
