<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Since I last posted, I have been having trouble
with my emails, but with the kindness and consideration which is the hallmark of
those that tirelessly run the RT forum, I am back and running. At
least this post is designed to be the proof of it....</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Since we started the day with an Inside Day trade
set-up, it has been excessively boring watching and waiting for the bonds to
break. The north was not on and a move to the south was soon scuppered
and, as I write, we are mid-way with just a glimmer of a possibility that we
will go north again. This same glimmer means that the Spoos have taken a
dive and, once more, have broken yesterday's low.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>From the angle and general movement, the bonds are
wanting to go down but it is the S&P that is keeping them up. We
very rarely have an inside day (or virtually one, bar a tick!) on an inside day,
so I assume we will get our break - just a question of when and which
direction. We'll see... but there ought to be some money to be made
if it goes.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Let me tell you about a seminar which is being
held in England at the beginning of June, based on electronic trading of the
Eurex. The guys who are doing this used to be on the desk in London for
the Bank of America et al and now individually trade from home, with direct
terminals into the exchange. I am sure this is the way that trading
is going to be in the future. I believe this new instrument in the
European scene has an even larger daily volume than the T-Bonds, which is saying
something. Anyway, I don't want great accusations of perpetrating
spam or whatever, but if anyone wants to know the website to get details, I will
be pleased to furnish it - privately of course!</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Well, the bonds did finally do something - but not
much!</FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Went long on the growing wedge-like expectation of
the a rise to the north, which I said in my last post, and came out briskly on
the return bar of the J-Hook, which as you can see was formed directly opposite
the Doji Sandwich on the Spoos. These two instruments trading so
beautifully in opposite directions, help me enormously. But since it is
clearly the Boos following the Spoos (unlike the other way round a few years
ago), the interaction is fine for the bond trader - since the volatility of the
S&P is in his favour, rather than the lack of it (comparatively!) the other
way round.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Hope that all makes sense... Not
a lot of money, but 8 up and 8 down (so far!) gives you half a big point from a
pretty basic and simple way of looking at the market. Anyway, I shall have
to come out shortly, regardless. Not a brilliant day, but bread on
the come the finish!</FONT></DIV>
