I believe you need a fix for old DOS-based Turbo Pascal EXE programs in
order to make this work. The program you need is called TP7P5FIX.COM.
You can do a search for this or go to this link:

This is because the Pentium chip is too fast for the delay used when the
program was compiled using Turbo Pascal. The fix disables the wait and is
the cause of the error message you mention.
If you add this to your GOTIME.BAT file at the beginning and end, it should
work.
I've used this on a couple of other older programs in Win98 and it works
just fine.
