The case for a trading low being close at hand would seem to bear out with
several tried and true indicators. One of them is the Bollenger Put Volume
of CBOE equity only, i.e. no index put volume. When the put volume exceeds
twice its ten day average the mkt is in the process of making an
intermediate term low measured in months.
