Yes. But without going into it in detail, you will find that most offshore
companies can do anything (commerce, production, consultancy, etc.) except
operate as BANKS or INSURANCE COMPANIES. There are tons of regulations and
the existing big boys will do everything in their power to stop you - at
least in locations where the reputation and image is good. The Financial
Commission in the C.I., for example, applies the four eyes policy to
newcomers which means that you (and the person who guarantees for you, and
vice versa) have to be whiter than white.
It may be a litte easier in rather dubious locations but that tends to
defeat the object.
