As of February 22, 2000, Nasdaq Short Interest can now be queried by
issue.

Nasdaq Monthly Short Interest 
Nasdaq® short interest is available by issue for a rolling twelve months
and is based on the a mid-month settlement date. The short interest
report is also available in a comma-delimited text file (.txt).
