<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Well, yesterday we saw a dramatic DS in the
intraday 5 min chart, as the exit from a $1,000 trade (per contract) to the
north, as part of an Inside Day trade, and which went on to initiate
$1,000 trade to the south. Quite incredible, but most rewarding.
With the bonds it seems that you buy and then sell the new
moon....!!!</FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Now, we end the day, today, with a DS on the 400
min chart, so that if we get the right-hand side of the sandwich tomorrow, then
the portents for First Friday are really good - to the south. If we
get a continuation sandwich, then all sights should be on a break to the
north. Since the Spoo currently runs conversely to the bonds,
this should be useful trading knowledge for those who gallantly trade the
S&P.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Not so long ago, someone posted that the bonds were
dead... I rather think not! At least you can get in and
out on the nose, even in a fast(ish) market, but if you were trying to get out
of the dot coms, I wonder how many brokers' lines were totally jammed, apart
from all the other pressures of that sort of day trading.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>As I write the Spoo is heading for the lows again,
with 20 mins to go. A gap up start for the bonds tomorrow could
give us a very nice right hand to the sandwich. Watch the
overnight. Could be a good one...</FONT></DIV>
